Hello my name is Anna, and I live on an acre of land in a rural area of Levin, 90 minutes North of Wellington. I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse and work as a Surgical Nurse at a busy Veterinary Clinic. I have been breeding British Shorthairs for 5 years, having previously bred Persians and Exotics. I have just added the wonderful Scottish Fold to my cat family and can't wait for the first litter to arrive.

The Scottish Fold is a sweet natured cat with a sweet expression. They are quiet voiced and love to be close to you, following you around from room to room. In general they are a hardy, healthy cat with a lifespan of approximately 15 years

The British Shorthair is an affectionate, independant and non-vocal breed.  They are excellent with children, and live harmoniously with other cats and dogs.  British Shorthairs are playful as kittens but as adults tend to be less active than other breeds.  As a breed they do not demand attention and are happy just to loaf around the house.   They are also happy to be an indoor only cat but are unlikely to stray if given the opportunity to venture outside.
